A straw is provided at one end of the electroplating box, and a one-way valve is provided at the connection between the electroplating box and the straw. The other end of the suction pipe is connected to the lower end of the impurity filter, the upper end of the impurity filter is connected to the suction pump, the output end of the suction pump is connected to the electroplating box through the exhaust pipe, and the impurity filter and the suction pump are placed on the pump support seat.
If the equipment is scheduled to be shut down for a long time, maintenance should be carried out to avoid erosion and aging during the shutdown process. Do: clean the ground, clean the water on the ground, keep the ground dry, keep the machine, trough, driving, and pendant clean and dry; all motors are protected with plastic wrap, all bearings are injected with grease to prevent rust, all pipelines are cleaned with medicine, filter elements are cleaned, all heaters are cleaned, dirt is removed, and they are kept dry.
Printed circuit board production uses electroplating equipment. Due to different production processes and different manufacturers, the equipment will have certain differences. Therefore, there will be some differences in maintenance methods, but the equipment must be maintained in a timely and correct manner.
