Maintenance methods and daily maintenance of electroplating equipment
- Tank body
The main difference between horizontal electroplating lines and vertical lifting electroplating lines is the different ways of product delivery, so the maintenance methods for the tank body are basically the same. Generally, each washing tank is cleaned once every 7 days, and the acid tank needs to be cleaned and the tank liquid is replaced; the tank body with a spray device installed needs to be checked for blockage, and if there is a blockage, it should be cleared in time; the conductive seat and anode contact position on the plating tank are cleaned once, which can be wiped with a rag and polished with sandpaper; the titanium basket of the plating tank is checked once, and the damaged titanium basket bag is replaced in time. The plate protection bag is cleaned once every 90 days, and the tank liquid is filtered and cleaned with activated carbon once every 120 days to filter out impurities in the tank liquid.
The new tank liquid needs to be tested for the current mode, and production can be carried out after the performance is stable.
- Maintenance and repair of the horizontal electroplating line conveyor
The horizontal electroplating line uses a parallel conveyor, which uses a parallel conveyor to transport products to each slot. Generally, the conveyor rod of the horizontal electroplating line is cleaned once every 7 days to clean the foreign matter adhering to it to ensure that the conductive rod is in good condition during transportation; the linkage is checked to check whether it is loose. The walking wheel is checked every 180 days to check whether it is worn. If it is worn, it is replaced in time to ensure that there is no jamming during transportation; the transmission shaft and the entire transmission system are checked once, and if any problems are found, they are repaired in time.
- Maintenance and repair of the vibration mechanism of the vertical lifting electroplating line
The conveyor device used in the vertical lifting electroplating line is a lifting vibration conveyor, which uses a lifting conveyor to transport products to each slot. In the vertical lifting electroplating line, in order to ensure the uniformity and effect of electroplating, a vibration swing device will be designed, and there will be a vibration swing mechanism on the tank body. Check whether the reducer is running normally and whether its tightness is good in about 30 days. Check the tightness of the bolts for installing the vibration motor and the wear of the vibration rubber. For those with severe wear, replace them in time. Check the contact of the power cord in the junction box in about 180 days. Replace the power cord with melted or aged insulation layer in time to ensure the insulation between the power cords; check all bearings on the vibration mechanism, apply grease, and replace the severely worn bearings in time. Clean the running crane and hanger once a week (no need to disassemble). Use a rag to wipe and sandpaper to polish. Check the hanger in about 30 days to check the damage of the hanger; check and maintain all motors of the crane to ensure normal operation. Clean and maintain the crane and hanger in depth in 180 days. Remove the hanger from the crane for cleaning.
- Maintenance and maintenance of the circulating filter device
Check the filter cartridge of the circulating filter device in about 7 days to check whether the filter cartridge is leaking. Clean or replace the filter cotton core every 15 days or so. Replace the filter carbon core every 30 days or so to ensure the filtration quality and the flow rate of the filter; clean the filter pump once, clean the filter hood and filter screen of the air pump. Check the contact of the pump motor power cord connector every 30 days or so. If it is loose or the wire is aging, deal with it in time to ensure good contact and safe insulation to protect the motor.
- Maintenance and maintenance of peripheral equipment of electroplating production line
Check the output power of all power supplies within 7 days; check the power supply, electrical control heat dissipation wind and radiator, remove dust, clean, and protect its heat dissipation effect. Check all electrical components every 30 days or so, and replace them in time if they are damaged or corroded; check all connectors, and repair them in time if there are poor contact, virtual connection and virtual welding, and replace them in time if there are rust and damage; check each contactor and relay, and replace them in time if there are poor contact or contact adhesion; check the main parameters of components such as capacitors, reactors and resistors, and replace them as soon as possible if there are abnormalities. For the automatic feeding system, check and calibrate it once every 7 days. Clean the scale and dirt on the electric heater every 7 days to prevent the internal temperature of the electric heater from being too high.
- Maintenance and maintenance of pipelines
Check the water and gas pipeline systems every 7 days to see if there is any leakage. For pipelines with leakage, repair and replace them in time.
- Maintenance before long-term shutdown
If the electroplating equipment is planned to be shut down for a long time, the equipment should be maintained so that the equipment will not be corroded and aged during the long shutdown. Clean the floor and keep it dry. Keep the machine, tank, crane and hanger clean and dry; wrap all motors with plastic wrap for protection; inject grease into all bearings and treat them with rust prevention; drain all the medicines in the pipelines; drain the medicines in the filter barrel of the filter; remove the filter element of the filter and clean it; clean all heaters in the tank, remove dirt and keep them dry.
For electroplating equipment production lines, there will be certain differences in equipment due to different product processes and different frequencies of use by manufacturers. Therefore, there will be different differences in care and maintenance. However, the equipment must be maintained in a timely and correct manner. The maintenance and maintenance of the equipment must not be neglected due to the rush of production schedule and output. Only by correct and timely maintenance can the normal operation of the equipment, stable performance, production output and quality be guaranteed, and the service life of the equipment be extended.
