Each crane of the electroplating equipment manufacturer runs according to the pre-programmed sequence. This production line consists of 32 stations. When the crane exchanges stations, the B hook first lifts the hollow hook in the slot, and then puts the pendant in the A hook into the slot. In this way, it is easy to send the workpiece to the next crane and complete the following process flow.

The electroplating equipment manufacturer has a chemical degreasing link in the crane process flow. Due to the long chemical degreasing time, there is a switching function between A and B slots. Such as nickel plating, silver plating, gold plating, etc., the electroplating line is suitable for precious metal electroplating. The manual electroplating production line includes a complete set of electroplating tanks, water tanks and electroplating equipment around the production line (including rectifier power supply, high-precision acid and alkali resistant electroplating filter, tunnel drying furnace, fuel heating furnace, industrial pure water machine, refrigerator and exhaust system for waste gas treatment). The manual electroplating production line has a flexible design layout and occupies a small area. It can have 2 to 3 process flows at the same time and can meet the electroplating process of various parts.
